2. Editing & Delivery
Each ordered photo is reviewed, cropped, and colour-corrected before delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on workload and the size of the order. Jean processes orders personally to ensure the highest quality.
If your order includes digital downloads, delivery will either be sent by email or made available through a private gallery. You will be notified when your order is ready.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of photographic editing, all sales are final. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
